Rutland Area Robotics is a 501(c)(3)non-prot organization that was created in central Vermont to promote competitive after school robotics teams in grades K-12. We provide students the opportunity to gain hands on experience in design, fabrication, building, and programming various types of robots. Additional skills such as project management, teamwork, maintaining a safe work environment, and meeting tough deadlines are also part of the program.
Our mission is to inspire young people to be science and technology leaders, by engaging them in exciting mentor-based programs that build science, engineering and technology skills, that inspire innovation, and that foster well-rounded life capabilities including self-confidence, communication, and leadership.
This mission would not be possible without the help of our generous sponsors. We are always seeking additional sponsors to assist in accomplishing our mission through financial or in-kind donations. In addition to giving back to the community, sponsors have the added benefit of having the opportunity to have their name appear at events around New England and the world. If you are interested in learning more about sponsorship, send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
